At Maestro Global ("the Company", "we") we take your privacy and the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you visit our website at www.maestroglobal.com.tr ("the Site"), for what purpose, and how.
It has been prepared in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation. This Policy covers only this Site; our Fix-Lean, Monitra and uTesk product sites and any other sites we link to have their own policies.

Data Collected Through the Demo Request Form
When you complete and submit the "Request a Demo" form, we process your first and last name, company name, job title, email address, phone number and message. Name, surname, company name, email and message are required; job title and phone are optional.
The form reaches our team through our email infrastructure provider (Resend). If that infrastructure is not configured, your own email client opens with a pre-filled message instead, and whether you send it is entirely your choice.
Before submitting, you are asked to tick the consent box for the processing of your personal data. You are under no obligation to complete the form; if you do not, the rest of the Site remains fully available to you.

Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure creates technically necessary server logs (IP address, time of request, requested address, browser and operating system information).
These logs are used only to keep the site running, to debug problems and to prevent abuse. They are not used for marketing and no profiling is carried out.
Analytics and Explicit Consent
The Site may use Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour. It runs only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice; as long as you decline or make no choice, no analytics cookie is placed and no data is sent to Google.
If you choose "Decline", every feature of the Site remains available to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
You can tell whether analytics is enabled in the environment you are browsing by whether the cookie notice appears at all: if it does not, analytics is entirely switched off.
Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to processing your demo request, your personal data may be transferred to our email infrastructure provider (Resend), to the hosting provider that serves the Site, and to the Maestro Global business unit your request concerns.
With your explicit consent, analytics data is transferred to Google. If a scheduling link is enabled and you click it, the privacy policy of that calendar provider applies.
These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; where that is the case we act in line with the international transfer conditions in KVKK Article 9. Your personal data is never sold or rented under any circumstances.
Retention Periods
Demo request data: a maximum of 2 years after the request is closed. If a contract is concluded, the limitation periods in the applicable legislation are reserved.
Server logs: a maximum of 12 months.
Cookies and local storage: for the periods stated for each item in the section above, or until you clear them.
At the end of the period, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or irreversibly anonymised.
Data Security
Appropriate technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data. The Site and all form submissions are encrypted with HTTPS, and access rights are limited on a need-to-know basis.
If a data breach occurs despite these measures, the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Board will be notified as soon as possible in accordance with KVKK Article 12.
Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, erasure or destruction, to object to results produced against you by analysis carried out solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to exercise these rights is set out in detail in the "How to Apply" section of the KVKK Disclosure Notice. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to our product sites — Fix-Lean (fix-lean.com), Monitra (monitra.io) and uTesk (utesk.com) — and to the websites of the client organisations listed as references. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; we recommend reviewing each site's own policy before visiting.
Children's Data
The Site is aimed at corporate customers and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we notice, or are informed, that a child's personal data has been sent to us, it is deleted without delay.
Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in line with changes in legislation or updates to the Site. The current version is always published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top is changed accordingly.
