Data Controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Maestro Global as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data We Process

Identity data: first and last name.

Contact data: email address and phone number.

Professional data: your company name and job title.

Transaction security data: the IP address, browser and device information recorded in server logs when you visit the site.

Other: whatever you choose to write in the message field of the demo request form. Please do not enter special categories of personal data (health, religion, membership, and so on) in that field.

Purposes of Processing

Evaluating your demo request and contacting you about it.

Providing the information you asked for about our products and services, and identifying the solution that fits your needs.

Managing requests and complaints, and running contract processes if a business relationship is established.

Keeping the site secure and available, and meeting our legal obligations.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically, by non-fully-automated means, when you complete the "Request a Demo" form on our website.

Form data is processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).

Server logs are processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and Article 5(2)(f).

Analytics cookies are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1). If you do not consent, no such cookie is placed and your use of the site is not restricted in any way.

Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our email infrastructure provider (Resend), to the hosting provider that serves the site, and to the Maestro Global business unit your request concerns (the Fix-Lean, Fix-Lean Plus, Monitra or uTesk team).

If you give explicit consent, visitor statistics data is transferred to Google as part of the Google Analytics service.

Your personal data may be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities on request under KVKK Article 8. Beyond that it is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

International Transfers

The servers of our email, hosting and analytics providers may be located outside Türkiye. Where that is the case, your personal data is transferred abroad in line with KVKK Article 9 — on the basis of your explicit consent, or one of the exceptions in the Law together with the safeguards required by the Board.

Retention and Erasure

Personal data processed for your demo request is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the request is closed, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

If a contractual relationship is established, data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in the applicable legislation.

Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes.

Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Article 7; to request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling on this site that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

How to Apply

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your request must include your name, surname, signature, Turkish ID number (for Turkish citizens), address for notification, your email address and phone number if you wish to be notified that way, and the subject of your request.

You may submit your application in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to Atakent Mah. Mithatpaşa Cad. Çağla Plaza No: 116 İç Kapı No: 18 Ümraniye/İstanbul, or by email from the address registered in our systems to info@maestroglobal.com.tr.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If responding requires additional cost, the fee set out in the Board's tariff may be charged.

If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or you receive no response in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any case within 60 days of your application.
